  • We will prepare and send out quotations within 48 hours of your request.
  • We will agree a fixed fee for a defined package of services.
  • We will assign each client with their own client service team, consisting of a Director and a Manager.
  • We will answer all telephone calls within four rings.
  • We will return all telephone calls within 24 hours.
  • We will respond to all written correspondence within three working days.
  • We will respond to emails within 24 hours. 
  • We will prepare accounts promptly, within an agreed timeframe.
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will respond within three working days.
