Client Service Agreement

Regardless of the size of your business, or the complexity of your affairs, we always aim to deliver the highest quality of client service. That's why we have introduced the HSKS Greenhalgh Client Service Agreement.

  • We will provide a free one hour initial consultation without obligation.
  • We will prepare and send out quotations within 48 hours of your request.
  • We will agree a fixed fee for a defined package of services.
  • We will assign each client with their own client service team, consisting of a Director and a Manager.
  • We will answer all telephone calls within four rings.
  • We will return all telephone calls within 24 hours.
  • We will respond to all written correspondence within three working days.
  • We will respond to emails within 24 hours. 
  • We will prepare accounts promptly, within an agreed timeframe.
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will respond within three working days.
