At HSKS Greenhalgh part of our philosophy is to ensure that our clients receive constructive and relevant business advice and are continually assisted in the development of their business, both from an accounting and overall systems perspective.

Effectively, our Business Coaching service is the consultation process that pulls together our core products of Audit and Assurance, Accounts Preparation, Taxation Services and Corporate Finance, to provide our clients with a deeper understanding of their business.

Our Business Coaching service typically consists of regular monthly or quarterly meetings to consider management account performance and cash flow issues. The separate section on our Management Accounts service explores this concept further.

The Business Coaching service expands this process to actually focus on core areas of the business to consider:

• Outsourcing - whether it be for warehousing, IT or payroll
• Key personnel retention via share options or bonus structures
• Relocation
• Detailed tax planning
• Strategic planning to include a five year plan
• Preparing a business for sale or monitoring target companies

In short we believe this to be one of our most important functions, allowing owner-managers to use us as an independent sounding board, removed from the day-to-day running of their business, to ensure that they confront sometimes difficult but often rewarding issues from both their own and an independent view.
