Greenhalgh Corporate Finance Assist Former England Rugby Star In Care Home Acquisition

Greenhalgh Corporate Finance have assisted former England rugby international Simon Hodgkinson in the acquisition of Westcliffe Care Home, in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham.

The Greenhalgh team included Director Colin Peacock and Manager Simon Hopkin, both experienced advisors to the healthcare sector.  They worked alongside Berryman Healthcare, led by Roger Harcourt, and the purchase was funded by Lloyds TSB, whose team was led by Senior Healthcare Business Consultant Jon Saltinstall.

Commenting on the deal, Greenhalgh Director Colin Peacock, says, “It was really pleasing to work with fellow professionals on this deal, to ensure that the whole process worked well to ensure that the client’s expectations were met”.
