Derby Office

Our Derby office was formed with the merger of Harrison Sedgwick and Kultaran Singh & Co in 1997.  The firm incorporated in 2002 and changed its name to HSKS.

Harrison & Sedgwick was a well-respected firm of Derby Accountants which had been founded in the late 19th century, while Kultaran Singh & Co was established in 1980.

In Summer 2011 HSKS merged with Greenhalgh Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors to form HSKS Greenhalgh.

We enjoy strong links with the wider community.  Kultaran Singh is a Court Member of the University of Derby and since 2010 we have been the proud sponsors of the Derbyshire Food & Drink Awards.
