HSKS Greenhalgh Corporate Finance Advise Mediline on Acquisition 

HSKS Greenhalgh Corporate Finance have advised Mediline Nurses and Carers Ltd (Mediline), an East Midlands-based provider of Domiciliary Care services, on the acquisition of North West Community Services Ltd (NWCS).

The combined business will generate revenues in excess of £20m and safeguard a workforce of more than 1000 employees.  Read more about the deal here.




HSKS Greenhalgh Announce New Managing Director and CEO


HSKS Greenhalgh have announced that Colin Peacock is to take over the role of Managing Director of the firm. Colin will be supported by Jon Eardley, who takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Colin Peacock replaces Kultaran Singh, who has been Managing Director since the merger of HSKS and Greenhalgh in 2011.  Mr Singh will continue to work with his existing clients as well as look for new opportunities to develop the firm's client base.  Read more

Kultaran Singh Announced as the New President of the Nottingham, Derby & Lincoln Society of Chartered Accountants

HSKS Greenhalgh Managing Director Kultaran Singh has been appointed as the President of the NDLSCA for 2016/17.  He takes over the role from Simon Gray of Pembridge Gray Ltd.  Kultaran's fellow HSKS Greenhalgh Director, Anshu Mehan, has become Vice President.

As of 6 April 2016, all companies and and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) will have to create and maintain a new public register.
